if you drink wine accompanied with good food and a glass of water, then it will be fine, and you wont have a hangover. this also works if you drink wine , accompanied by the same amount of water with not so much food.
well at least it helps with me. (tho you have to go pee alot)

Have we all forgotten liver damage? I see way too many people saying "the hangover only lasts a little while" or "I'd rather be hung over than fat", but what about the long term liver damage that you would get as a result of HEAVY drinking? A little wine is good. EXCESSIVE wine is bad. A little toffee is good. EXCESSIVE toffee is... probably not your best option, but it's not going to injure you.
you won't get a good story out of having eaten to much. (And by that I mean something you can laugh about in 5 to 99 years time) Still, none or both, idk. I love how it is 50%/50% right now, because that is how I feel, haha.
I'd say wine, since you can actually do something against the fat, while you cannot really help yourself with a hangover besides sleeping. And besides a probable stomachache, I think excessive wine is actually more endangering to your health than toffees.
And if you actually train after digesting the toffees, then you can still establish a 'lack of calories' so that the calories from the toffees are used for energy and not stored in your fat cells :3
Wow, it was exactly 50/50 before I voted. Fascinating that so many people can be split in exactly even groups in their opinion on something. I voted for wine, by the way, because I don't like alcohol, but I love toffees. No hard decision for me^^
