It's over when I say it's over.Hello! I'm back. You may have already come to that conclusion when I posted page 13 of Moff and Flame on friday and subsequently stabbed a majority of you in the feels and bathed in your tears and sobs of "NUUUUUUUUUUU!!" and "WHHY!!?" and (my favourite) "YOU F**K!".
For that I hollowly apologise, because, like the nature of the comic, the pain was unavoidable, but there is still more to come. I'm still in the process of torturing myself, my characters and most of you. There were a few comments where people assumed this was the last page in the story and I just want to assure you it's not, don't worry, I'll let you know with a big THE END at the end of it. Sorry in advance, but thank you all for for your comments and your emotions and numerous icons of crying. They make this worthwhile.
I had a lovely time in the Pyrenees last week! I've been so busy since I've been back though, but the good type of busy. Hopefully if all goes well I'll have another page to you by this evening.
Holy crap!!! The real Mias!!I can't believe it! Look at him! http://www.luvblogger.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Attractive-Man.jpg
I found him completely by accident when I was looking for a leaning pose and was found on a site about non verbal body language http://www.luvblogger.com/nonverbal-body-language/ . LOL I can't believe how perfect he is. This is what he would look like!! Waaaagh! Night made!!
Now I'm gonna try and hunt down more pics of this guy! Wow!
Also SuirenShinju has opened up commissions if you are looking for some ace, affordable art and it would gretly help her out.
That was really nice! And I'm also a talking fox..Well it's still January, but I'm well into one comic at least and that's more than I could have hoped for this year. I hope I can be this productive all year *fingers crossed*. I just really wanted to thank you all for your comments and support for the Moff and Flickerlee comic so far. I always love reading your feedback, and the emotional investment in it is the drive I need to keep going with this comic and other stories I have planned. I hope I can juggle them all! A massive thank you too, to jcroxas for the DD! That was really kind! Thank you all
Eeehehe, had to post these too... So cute!
Also, while I'm here I just wanted to post this animation from mon amigo :iconbubblegumrobot:. It was so fun to see this unfold. All of us in the house provided voice acting, Mikey (Wolf) also did the sound and Luke (Ostrich) made it all move beautifully. Just wanted to share his hard work with you after watching the whole process happe

Asexuality: destroying all prejudices
Way too many prejudices have been spread about asexuality, generally because of lack of information. This news article has been made for the sole purpose of - hopefully - eliminating them, and let everyone know what asexuality really is, and what it is not. It also aims to promote sites and links that can be useful to asexual people, to make them feel alright with themselves and part of a whole community.
What's asexuality? Asexual people are people who do not feel sexual attraction. This does not necessarily mean they are averse to sex, though: while most asexuals may prefer to not have it, some are just plain indifferent to it. Those who do choose to not have sex do not do so because of religious, moral or personal beliefs; they choose not to do it because of their lack of interest in it. But a complex matter such as asexuality could never be run out so easily, so let's precise a few, important things about asexual people and asexuality in general.

Betta Fish Fin TypesBetta Fin Types
Breeders have created dozens of varieties of bettas, and I am sure they are working on discovering new fin styles as we speak. First, there are two different types of basic bettas; plakats and betta splendens.
Plakats were the first bettas specially breed from wild bettas. Though they now come in many different colors, they have only three fin shapes.
Round/Wild Tail: The tail has rounded edges and is a dominant trait.
This male plakat also sports traditional "wild-type" coloring.
Delta Tail: The edges are straight and the fin extends less than 180 degrees.
Halfmoon/Over-halfmoon: The edges are straight and the tail fin extend 180 degrees (halfmoon) or more (over-halfmoon).
Veil Tail: These are the most commonly sold betta. Their tail fin flows down like a veil, which is the natural form the fin takes when th
You guys. Guys. Guys. US peeps. Um. (RL stuff)I... follow a lot of US-based political blogs. And have friends out there, and ... find what is currently going absolutely f*cking terrifying and enraging on a visceral bloodboiling level. But, you know. That's just me, out in some secular socialist Old World country, quaffing down my cheap birth control pills and, outrageously, not crippled by hospital bills after my freelance boyfriend's domestic accident of two years ago because of all that damned taxpayer money going into a national health insurance.
But that, of course, is anecdata and nothing to go forming political opinions on. (Also I have a uterus, and what with all those craaaayzee lady hormones swishing around my weak little brainpan, I'll've completely changed my mind in a week don't mind me!)
Just like to point out, though.
I seem to have a... lot of followers. That's super cool and all. I'm guessing most of you are here for the GND. That's really great and I am so chuffed you are enjoying
!~*=`^$ What's that symbol in front of my name?Note: Due to a Site Update, these symbols are no longer in use. I will keep this article online to remind us of our history, and to allow newer deviants to get a peek at what the site was like in the past.
Every user on deviantART has a certain symbol in front of their name, and their symbol represents what "type" of account they have, or what "role" they play in the community.
In :faq106:, you can read who has what symbol, but I don't think that FAQ does a very good job as far as educating people on what the symbols actually mean.
So I hope to be able to write good definitions for the most common user symbols in this article!
Symbols available to anybody:
There are four symbols which can be obtained by anyone who has a deviantART account. This doesn't mean you can choose which of these symbols you want to have, but means that it's possible fo
Site Update: More Like This Available to EveryoneIn our continuous effort to improve the deviantART experience, we're publishing weekly Site Updates to keep members informed and to gather feedback. Below is a list of recent changes to the site, bug fixes, and feedback that was brought up by members in the last Site Update.
More Like This: Now Open to Everyone!
In October, we launched More Like This to Premium Members, with an additional Limited Preview open to all deviants. During that time, we continued to test and improve it, with the help of everyone in the community who gave feedback or made use of our provided improvement tool. We're pleased to announce that as of today, More Like This has been launched to everyone. Many thanks to everyone who provided feedback and browsed through art to help us make the More Like Th
The dA commUNIty and YouThe dA commUNIty and You
When first stumbling upon deviantArt, whether 5 months or 5 years ago, we decided to join because we wanted to share our art. We wanted our work to be seen, to be appreciated, to be understood. However, it can be a long and difficult journey from obscurity into the spotlight. Many newcomers and even long-time deviants are sometimes overwhelmed and discouraged by a seeming lack of interest and/or exposure for their work. After all, that's what dA is for, right? Not necessarily - the answer to that question is a bit more involved than a simple "yes" or "no".
Society in general has become used to instant gratification. Want the new album by your favorite artist? With the click of a mouse, you've got it! Need to get in touch with your cousin who's moved to Italy? It's easy -- just Skype! The college you want to attend is across the country? No problem, they offer online courses!
You may be wondering how this is relevant to dA. Well,
Keep in Touch!
Lilyas has dedicated herself to making our community a brighter place with her vibrant artwork and infectious enthusiasm for interacting with others in our community. It has certainly paid off, as many deviants flock to her page on a daily basis to let her know how much of an inspiration she is. We absolutely agree, and couldn't let all that hard work go without recognition, so it's with great pride that we bestow the Deviousness Award for March 2014, to ... Read More
