Yep, Perry's a celt. And he's celebrating being Welsh by... wearing a t-shirt. Patriotism FTW!
This needs a bit of explaining cos from conversations I've had in the past, some people don't even know its a country.

We have a kickass flag. Its so metal, it has a dragon on it. A DRAGON WOOT!
Unfortunately for us, England came along, fucked us over and turned us into a Principality (That means that we share the same laws).
England's patriot Saint is St. George, who apparently slew a dragon yadda yadda yadda.
Anyho, The relationship between Wales and England is very much like Magpie and Perry. English bastard comes along, fucks the Welshman up and everyone is happy...except the Welshman, cos he doesn't know if he's gay or straight or bi.
